Seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Lease Consultant. As a key member of our commercial lease negotiation team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and ensuring the successful renewal of existing contracts.

\Key Responsibilities:\

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to secure long-term leases\
  • Manage landlord relationships to ensure contract renewals and expansions\
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to negotiate lease terms and conditions\
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform leasing strategies\
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures\
  • Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of local and national leasing laws and regulations\
  • Provide high-quality service to clients, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently\\/ul>\Requirements:\

    • 5+ years of experience in commercial lease negotiations or a related field\
    • Strong understanding of local and national leasing laws and regulations\
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team\
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills\
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint\
    • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines\
