We are seeking a diligent Site Construction Specialist to oversee the technical delivery of construction projects from inception to completion.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a Site Engineer. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of construction projects, working closely with the project management team to ensure technical compliance and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Site surveying and setting out construction sites
  • Overseeing site operations to ensure work is completed in line with design specifications
  • Managing site materials and maintaining accurate records
  • Liaising with contractors, architects, and consultants to resolve technical queries
  • Maintaining health and safety standards on-site
  • Preparation of detailed site reports and maintenance of records of daily progress
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Site Engineer, preferably within residential or mixed-use development projects
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in surveying equipment and CAD software
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of current health and safety regulations
