Job Description:

  • We are seeking a driven individual to develop the presence of our brand in Ireland, proactively sourcing new customers to build a sales pipeline.
  • The successful candidate will create value within our current customer portfolio by increasing volume and profit in existing accounts.
  • You will actively scan the market for business opportunities that complement our growth strategy.
  • Cultivate new sales leads through intensive networking, representing our business at different levels and visiting potential customers to sell our full services portfolio.
  • Identify and map the Irish shortsea market potential, considering the business needs defined by internal stakeholders.
  • Pursue ad hoc projects as required.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales Manager, your key responsibilities will include developing the presence of our brand in Ireland, proactively sourcing new customers to build a sales pipeline, creating value within our current customer portfolio, and identifying and mapping the Irish shortsea market potential.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • You possess a relevant logistics education or experience.
  • You have a solid knowledge of the Irish transport industry.
  • You excel in commercial and communication skills.
  • You have a comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • You are prepared to travel throughout Ireland and occasionally other parts of Europe.
  • You are a flexible professional with the correct attitude, able to think outside the box.
  • You are a team player.
