We are expanding our consulting practice and building a technology consulting team as part of our NextWave strategy. NextWave is EY's global strategy to deliver long-term value to clients, people, and society.

As a senior consultant in this team, you will work with clients to develop and prioritize change requirements (epics and user stories) and document them. You will help clients align project outcomes with technology/business strategy by acting as an intermediary between business and technology stakeholders.

You will have the opportunity to become a subject matter expert in the technology and domain you work in/on and be a key team player in supporting other project deliverables. You will also stay up-to-date with the latest banking/credit industry trends to drive innovation within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with clients to develop and prioritize change requirements (epics and user stories) and document them
  • Develop supporting design documentation, e.g., process maps, decision papers, customer journey artifacts, and business cases
  • Act as an intermediary between business and technology stakeholders to help clients align project outcomes with technology/business strategy
  • Identify problems, opportunities, and ideate methods for improving existing business processes and workflows
  • Collaborate with product owners and scrum team members to drive requirements (user stories) through the full delivery lifecycle (design, build, test, and deploy)
  • Prepare, review, and analyze testing/test phase outputs, e.g., test scenarios, defect triage
  • Resolve moderate to high complexity issues that occur during the functional and/or technical design process
  • Manage and develop relationships with key stakeholders across business, technology, and other areas
