This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Health Assessment Specialist.
We are seeking highly motivated and skilled individuals to join our team of Phlebotomists, providing top-notch health assessments to our clients.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for performing various types of health assessments with our clients, including PAD, ECG, Phlebotomy (once qualified), Lung Function, Body Composition, and short fitness tests. You will also offer advice on further testing where necessary and ensure all relevant administration records are up-to-date.
You will be working in various clinic venues throughout your region, travelling to allocated venues each day. Upon arrival, you will unpack and set up your kit before greeting your first customers. The number of customers you see each day may vary, but you can expect appointments ranging from 10 to 45 minutes per customer.
Your role will involve planning your route and driving to venues, which can take anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours. This flexibility is a key aspect of the position, allowing you to adapt to different situations and requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Perform various health assessments, including PAD, ECG, Phlebotomy (once qualified), Lung Function, Body Composition, and short fitness tests.
- Offer advice on further testing where necessary.
- Ensure all relevant administration records are up-to-date.
To be considered for this role, you must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure. A strong attention to detail is also essential, as is your ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
A background in healthcare or a related field is desirable, although not necessarily required. However, it is essential that you have a genuine interest in delivering high-quality patient care and making a positive impact on people's lives.
