Job Summary

We are seeking a finance leader with experience in regulated payments and treasury operations.


The Role
  1. Lead and develop a team, challenging it to progress and improve.
  2. As a leader, demonstrate strong leadership, excellent written and communication skills, and collaboration with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
  • Regulatory compliance, process-oriented, digitally minded, and knowledge of internal controls.
  • Assessing and designing effective operational and financial controls.
  • Collaborating with colleagues across the business and with Group CFO and Group Finance team to enable business growth.
  • Managing large and complex cross-functional projects, driving progress through collaboration, expertise, impact analysis, and task prioritization.
Requirements
  • Solid experience as a senior finance professional at a payment/e-money institution, bank, fintech, financial regulatory agency, or professional service firm serving financial institution clients.
  • Excellent understanding of card and banking payments, e-money, or wallet products/services, and banking functions.
  • Direct experience executing and managing activity for financial regulatory requirements and reporting to the relevant authorities.
  • Experience with card issuers, ideally Mastercard; experience with Visa is also acceptable.
  • Ability to professionally interact with regulators and communicate financial performance to senior management.
  • Ability to manage daily operations of user funds safeguarding accounts and overall treasury management.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience in Foreign Exchange markets, including spot trading and forward trading.
