Service Technician, Used Cars

The role of a Service Technician is pivotal in the Refurb Operations. This position plays a key role in ensuring an innovative service experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on Tesla vehicles using software and tools.
  • Efficiently complete repairs while striving to exceed expectations on quality and productivity.
  • Become proficient in performing common and complex repairs autonomously.
  • Inspect vehicles diligently before return and pre-delivery.
  • Share support and best practices with teams across locations to improve the used car and service experience.
Requirements:
  • Technically experienced: You have professional experience performing vehicle service and repairs in automotive, aviation, marine or similar industries.
  • Hold relevant certification to perform vehicle repairs and self-manage technical expertise development.
  • A good communicator: Speak and write English fluently and communicate clearly and respectfully.
  • Possess a valid driver's license.
  • Flexible: May work in shifts to support your team, including weekends, morning, and evening shifts.
  • Willingness to travel when needed.
