Job Title:

Overhead Lines Project Director

Key Responsibilities and Expectations:
  • Developing OHL project frameworks, outlining objectives, setting timelines, and ensuring successful completion.
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks, managing changes to the project scope, and upholding compliance with regulations and industry standards.
  • Monitoring and controlling all OHL project costs, ensuring financial prudence, and optimizing cash flow management.
  • Leading and motivating project teams, delegating tasks, and fostering effective communication.
  • Collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and relevant parties to ensure project alignment and client satisfaction.
  • Ensuring all OHL projects adhere to safety protocols, quality standards, and implementing robust safety measures.
  • Regularly reviewing project progress, identifying potential delays, and reporting on project status to stakeholders.
  • Ensuring comprehensive project documentation, project closure, and conducting thorough post-project evaluations.
