Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Community Operations Analyst. This position plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our community support services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for investigating and resolving reported issues, enforcing clients Terms of Use by carefully monitoring reports of abuse on the site, and utilizing market specific knowledge and insights to find scalable solutions to improve the support of our community of users.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Investigating and resolving reported issues (inquiries via ticketing system)
  • Enforcing clients Terms of Use
  • Becoming and remain knowledgeable about client's products and community standards
  • Utilizing market specific knowledge and insights to improve user experience
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong personal resilience with ability to operate in pressured and fast paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills, verbal, and written communication skills, and empathy
  • High adaptability and positive approach to challenges
  • Ability to make decisions, prioritize, solve problems, and work as part of a team
  • Effective time management & prioritization skills
  • Ability to consistently hit KPIs on time
  • Fluent near-native level (C1-C2) of market language in oral and written communication
  • Advanced level of English (C1)
