Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team in Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising various fit out projects, managing manpower on site, and ensuring the quality of works is maintained.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and supervise various fit out projects across multiple sites
  • Manage on-site staff including direct employees and subcontractors
  • Supervise works on site to ensure timely completion and adherence to budget
  • Plan and coordinate daily site requirements including labour, material procurement, and meeting deadlines
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, H&S regulations, and administer site operations performance and progress

Requirements:

  • A degree in construction management or relevant trade qualification
  • At least 5 years of experience working in the fit-out industry in ROI or the UK
  • Prior experience in managing office fit outs is an asset
  • Strong understanding of H&S regulations and ability to implement them on site
  • Experience managing projects valued over €500K
  • Ability to effectively manage site schedules and associated deadlines
  • Excellent IT skills are essential, particularly Microsoft Suite including Project
