Job Title: Content Review Specialist

**About the Role**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Content Review Specialist to join our team. As a Content Review Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of online content by investigating and resolving reported issues.

Responsibilities
  • Investigate and resolve reported issues through a ticketing system, including account support requests and potentially abusive content.
  • Enforce clients' Terms of Use by monitoring reports of abuse on the site.
  • Stay up-to-date with clients' products and community standards.
  • Use market-specific knowledge to find scalable solutions to improve user experience.
  • Analyze data to develop ways to enhance the overall user experience.
  • Recognize trends and patterns, escalating issues outside company policy to the global team.
  • Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest improvements.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and empathy.
  • High adaptability and positive approach to challenges.
  • Ability to make decisions, prioritize, solve problems, and work as part of a team.
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills.
  • Consistency in meeting KPIs.

Languages
  • Fluent French language (C1-C2) in oral and written communication, with in-depth understanding of culture and social trends in the region.
  • Advanced level of English (C1).

Working Hours
  • Day shift: 9:00am to 5:30pm.
  • Evening shift: 6pm – 2am.

About the Job

This is a full-time, permanent position requiring essential workers. Due to the nature of the role, candidates must be confident in dealing with sensitive content. They must also be eligible to work full-time in Ireland (EU passport or equivalent).
