Compliance Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Specialist to ensure the regulatory aspects of international shipments are managed on schedule and compliantly.

This role requires applying trade compliance rules, regulations, and policies to manage import/export operations around the world.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct pre-shipment research of trade and regulatory requirements for international shipments and coordinate with third-party vendors.
  • Audit shipping documents and documentation provided by external partners to ensure compliance with FCPA and anti-bribery requirements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Legal and Tax to ensure imports/exports are conducted in a compliant manner.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
