Entry Level Business Development Representative

We are excited for growth in Europe and are hiring a Business Development professional to be part of our expansion journey. The role is the entry level for our Corporate Sales Team.
The Business Development representative provides support to our Business Development Managers, working closely together to start the sales process with new prospects and increase our client base.
You will be given training, both as a team and 1-2-1, including access to a development program to ensure that all skills are maximized.
The Business Development representative will work on telephone-based roles, trained to talk about products and services with the ability to build rapport and influence financial decision-makers.
- Qualifying prospects through research and networking
- Generating an initial interest in our company with financial decision-makers within targeted organisations
- Presenting our company as a valuable proposition and viable business partner
- Working closely with the BDM team to track qualified prospects and ensuring smooth customer journeys during transition to senior partners
- Administrative tasks associated with managing your own sales pipeline in accordance with company processes
- Attending and participating in weekly sales meetings
- Reporting - ensuring accurate and timely data entry of sales activity into our CRM system
- Liaising with stakeholders when there are issues or concerns that need to be resolved
