Job Title: F&B Manager

Our goal is to hire a professional Assistant F&B Manager with extensive experience in hospitality management.

The ideal candidate will possess leadership skills and be knowledgeable about beverage service, team management and customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with suppliers to manage bar stock efficiently.
  • Ensure timely completion of payroll and rosters for the department.
  • Implement effective stock control measures to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Maximize revenue through strategic upselling and setting realistic objectives.
  • Explore cost reduction opportunities without compromising customer experience.
  • Optimize usage of the bar computer system.
  • Guarantee security of cash, credit cards and reception floats.
  • Verify all transactions and banking operations without any discrepancies.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on time, adhering to company accounting standards.
  • Manage and complete employment and HR forms as required, develop and implement a comprehensive training program for the department.
  • Develop and enforce recorded training procedures for the department, including departmental induction and SOP.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in hotels and hospitality management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in fast-paced environments.
  • Highly motivated individual with potential for career advancement.
  • Strong understanding of hotel operations and services.
