Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage a portfolio of structured finance and aircraft leasing special purpose vehicles (SPVs). The ideal candidate will have experience in transaction management, client onboarding, and corporate administration.

The Role
  • Manage a portfolio of structured finance and aircraft leasing SPVs.
  • Onboard new clients and transactions.

Excellent communication and client-facing skills are essential for this role. Strong organizational and time management skills are required to meet deadlines and deliver results.

Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in a similar or relevant legal, company secretarial, transaction management, or corporate administration role.
  • ICSA qualification or studies would be an advantage.
