Job Title: Commercial Property Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Asset management of commercial property portfolio
  • Management of works and capital projects
  • Estate facilities management
  • Liaising with internal departments
  • Leading complex negotiations to secure revenue growth

**Strategic Role**: As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in driving sustainable revenue growth through targeting and delivering new commercial property business. You will work as part of the property team to manage our current portfolio of commercial space, land, and customers.

**Day-to-Day Operations**: Your focus will be on asset management, managing works and capital projects, estate facilities management, liaising with internal departments, and leading complex negotiations to secure revenue growth.

**Key Objectives**: Drive sustainable daa revenue growth through targeting and delivering new commercial property business and innovative solutions. Support the development of Dublin Airport through the Capital Investment Programme (CIP) and manage the relocation of Commercial Property Customers to enable CIP delivery.
