Job Overview

We are seeking a commercial portfolio leader with strong negotiation skills, durable commercial awareness, and the ability to build lasting broker and insurer relationships.

As a key member of our team, you will lead product management, strategic planning, and revenue generation initiatives while ensuring client satisfaction and compliance across our expanding portfolio.

  • Product Management / Revenue Generation:
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to set business objectives and develop strategies for achieving them.
    • Communicate and implement agreed plans within various business areas.
    • Review underperforming products, complete analysis, and develop remediation plans.
    • Product Development: Continuously review existing product offerings against competitors.
    • Product Development: Review new additional covers and crossing selling revenue generation opportunities.
    • Monitor NB conversion and renewal retention KPIs.
    • Report on monthly progress and identify reasons for any difference in plan.
  • Client Satisfaction and Key Relationship Management:
    • Maintain strong relationships with all business partners.
    • Agree strategic plans with stakeholders and ensure clarity on expected KPIs.
    • Review strategic plans regularly and actual performance with stakeholders.
    • Act as a product manager and set rating structures for products.
    • Review product offering features and track market trends.
  • Compliance & Operations:
    • Ensure daily service levels are met/exceeded and review business processes for efficiencies.
    • Liaise with internal/external providers to approve system changes.
    • Hold regular meetings with Operations and Sales team leads.
    • Ensure compliance with external and internal best practice/regulatory requirements.
  • People Management:
    • Support planning for resource allocation.
    • Facilitate professional development of key staff members.
    • Communicate strategies and actual performance to teams.
