  • We are looking for an individual with 1-2+ years of experience in capital markets, trust, or structured finance roles who can deliver exceptional results.
  • A strong understanding of intricate financial terms and ability to review complex legal documentation is crucial for this role.
  • You should possess excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills, with the capacity to adapt to evolving situations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and internal systems is required, along with a willingness to learn and improve processes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Closings, cash flow processing, billing, and reporting will be your primary focus, driving business growth and efficiency.
  • Serving as the primary client contact, you will ensure seamless onboarding and servicing that exceeds expectations.
  • Providing insightful comments on legal and transactional documents will foster strong relationships with clients.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, risk, and compliance to ensure adherence to controls and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred, with CCTS qualification or capital markets experience being a significant advantage.
