Senior Finance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Specialist to join our expanding practice in Dublin. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in advising clients on a wide range of finance transactions.

The ideal candidate will have strong drafting and analytical skills, with the ability to manage a varied caseload with a focus on transactional matters. They will also be enthusiastic, collaborative, and commercially aware, with a passion for building long-term client relationships and contributing to business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on project finance, structured finance, leveraged and acquisition finance, general corporate lending, fund finance, property and development finance, and aviation finance.
  • Work closely with colleagues across corporate, real estate, funds, and regulatory teams to deliver seamless legal solutions to an exceptional client base.

Required Qualifications:

  • Qualified in Ireland or another common law jurisdiction with 5+ years' PQE in finance.
  • Strong technical skills and commercial awareness.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
