Finance Lawyer

We are seeking a seasoned Finance professional to join our dynamic team in Dublin. As a key member of our Finance & Capital Markets team, you will advise international and domestic clients on high-value transactions across various finance sectors.

The Role
  • You will provide expert guidance on finance transactions including Project Finance, Structured Finance and Capital Markets, Leveraged and Acquisition Finance, General Corporate Lending, Fund Finance, Property and Development Finance, and Aviation Finance.
  • Collaborate with corporate, real estate, funds, and regulatory teams to deliver seamless legal solutions.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Qualified solicitors with 1-5 years' PQE in finance.
  • Strong drafting and analytical skills.
  • Confident managing a varied caseload with a focus on transactional matters.
  • Enthusiastic, collaborative, and commercially aware.
  • Interested in building long-term client relationships and contributing to business development.
