This role offers a unique opportunity for individuals with strong customer service and sales skills to join our mortgage brokerage team. We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic candidate to become a successful Mortgage Broker, providing expert advice and support to clients throughout the mortgage completion process.

Job Description

We provide a comprehensive training program to ensure our advisors have the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed in this role. As a Mortgage Advisor, you will be responsible for helping clients finance the purchase of properties and switch existing mortgages.

You will work within a fast-paced environment, managing a portfolio of clients, providing advice to new clients, and supporting them throughout the complete mortgage completion process.

Responsibilities
  • Assess clients' financial circumstances, credit history, and affordability to find them the best solution.
  • Manage related paperwork, including bank statements and lender applications.
  • Liaise and negotiate with banks to find the best loan for clients' situations.
Required Experience & Qualifications
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in providing financial advice over the phone or face-to-face with customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A good understanding of the mortgage process and industry.
  • A good attitude and work ethic, target driven, and confident.
