Job Opportunity

Seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Know Your Customer (KYC) operations. This role involves overseeing daily activities, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards in customer identification, due diligence, and anti-money laundering practices.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of KYC regulations, and a proactive approach to risk management and team development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership & Oversight: Manage a team of KYC specialists, providing guidance and support while fostering a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.
  • KYC Program Management: Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed of regulatory developments and ensure the organization's processes align with local and international regulations.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for automation or efficiency and partner with stakeholders for implementation.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with the KYC process.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Develop and present regular reports on KYC activities and trends to senior management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years in KYC, AML, or compliance roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of KYC, AML, and CTF regulations and industry best practices.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, effective communication and interpersonal skills.
