Job Overview:

We're seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
  • This role involves supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of projects related to VOIP solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Team Management: Lead and mentor project coordinators, ensuring tasks are effectively assigned, timelines are met, and team members are supported throughout the project lifecycle.
  2. Multi-Site Onboarding: Oversee customer onboarding with multiple sites, ensuring smooth deployment of VOIP services across all locations.
  3. Customer Interaction: Act as a point of contact for enterprise customers during onboarding, understanding client requirements and managing expectations.
  4. Client Communication: Communicate with clients to understand project requirements, provide updates, and address any issues that arise.
  5. Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, timelines, risk assessments, and progress reports.
  6. Project Coordination: Oversee logistics of VOIP service deployment, including hardware installation, software integration, and system configuration across multiple locations.
  7. Task Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery and meet client requirements.
  8. Project Monitoring: Track project progress and milestones, ensuring tasks are completed according to schedule and within defined scope.
  9. Problem-Solving: Identify and escalate project challenges or potential risks, working with senior management to mitigate issues effectively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: In a relevant field such as business administration, telecommunications, or computer science.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in project coordination or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
