    2. Maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication, thorough reviews, and follow-up sessions.
    3. Manage a diverse portfolio of clients and identify opportunities for new business growth.
    4. Conduct comprehensive fact-finds to accurately identify client needs, objectives, and financial priorities.
    5. Precision is key when preparing quotations, compliance documentation, and client communications.
    6. Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure exceptional client service.
    7. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, company policy, and ethical standards.
    8. Continuously develop professional skills through ongoing qualifications and skills enhancement.

A QFA qualification or equivalent certification is necessary. A minimum of 1–5 years of experience in financial services, providing guidance to individuals and/or businesses, is also required. Proven ability to drive business development and revenue growth, as well as experience managing client portfolios and maintaining CRM systems, are highly valued.
