**Job Title:** Senior Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Support Professional to provide high-level administrative support to our Managing Director. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion.

The role involves:

  • Executive Support: Provide executive-level support to the Managing Director, including managing their schedule, coordinating meetings and travel, and handling correspondence.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative duties, including typing, document preparation, data entry, and filing.
  • Liaison and Communication: Develop strong working relationships with internal teams and external contacts, serving as a liaison and representative for the Managing Director.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general office software
  • Previous experience in a high-level role reporting to a Managing Director or similar
