We are seeking an experienced Analytics Engineer to join our team, someone who can work closely with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to build actionable insights from raw data.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of transforming data into clean, tested datasets for business intelligence tools while ensuring data quality through testing, documentation, and best practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain data models that support business decision-making
  • Craft actionable metrics that empower stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven initiatives

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in data, analytics, or related engineering roles
  • Strong SQL skills; experience with dbt is a plus
  • Proficiency in cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Able to balance technical expertise with business acumen
  • Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
  • Python proficiency for light data transformation or automation
