About this Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee compliance and regulatory matters. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of industry frameworks and guidelines, with experience in FinTech and SaaS sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create, implement, and monitor compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Provide expert guidance on contracts, non-disclosure agreements, client agreements, and other business activities.
  • Identify potential compliance risks and develop corrective action plans to mitigate them.
  • Design and deliver training programs to promote awareness of compliance requirements across teams.
  • Foster collaboration with regulatory bodies, external advisors, and internal stakeholders to address audits and legal matters.
  • Stay informed about evolving laws and regulations to ensure the organization remains compliant and competitive.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in compliance roles, preferably within FinTech, SaaS industries.
  • Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks like GDPR, MiFID II, or similar global standards.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in managing contracts, policies, and regulatory audits.
