\The role of Senior Automation Engineer is crucial in supporting the company's expansion into new markets. Key responsibilities include designing, programming, and testing automated machinery and processes to ensure seamless integration with existing production lines.
\As an automation expert, you will play a pivotal part in managing the installation, commissioning, and optimization of complex production systems. \Essential qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Automation Engineering or a related field, as well as 7+ years of experience in automation engineering within high-tech industries such as medical device manufacturing.

\Responsibilities:

- Develop schematics for automation components using CAD software\
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and perform repairs on automation equipment\
- Regularly calibrate equipment and ensure operational reliability\

- Manage supply chain issues related to automation equipment and spare parts\
- Develop and write requirements for quality assurance and machine operation\

- Bachelor's degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline\
- 7+ years' experience in automation engineering, ideally within medical device, pharmaceutical, or high-volume manufacturing including Brewing, Distilling, Food and Beverage Manufacturing etc.\
- Proficiency in simulating and testing automation solutions\
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex automation issues\
- Ability to provide both technical leadership and cross-functional collaboration\
