Job Description

The MCS Group is working with a valued client in the Education sector to find a Junior Solution Consultant. The successful candidate will receive training and gain valuable experience in solution consulting.

As a Junior Solution Consultant, you will be responsible for conducting workshops and demos to showcase software capabilities. You will provide technical expertise during sales pitches and pre-sales engagements to ensure clients understand the value and functionality of the platform.

You will collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with product development and client needs. You will also support and lead technical discovery sessions with clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles and confidence when presenting.
  • Experience with SaaS platforms, ideally in demo scenarios.
  • Basic awareness and understanding of technology and software, including cloud computing (AWS), APIs, and system integrations.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex technical solutions to diverse audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn from senior team members.
