Production Engineering Manager

We're seeking a skilled Production Engineering Manager to lead our maintenance department. This is an exciting opportunity to take charge of equipment reliability, safety, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the maintenance department runs smoothly, with reliable equipment and compliance to Haleon standards.
  • Support the site's strategy by ensuring production equipment is available when needed and delivers product as per customer demand.
  • Manage budgets, inventory control, and maintenance spare parts for production equipment.
  • Develop and execute a preventative maintenance strategy using TPM, PM, and other industry standards.
  • Plan, schedule, and train team members on root cause analysis and TPM processes.
  • Oversee site maintenance KPIs, recommend improvements, and manage vendors and consultants.
  • Author, review, and approve standard operating procedures as required.
  • Ensure on-time compliance records for the maintenance department.

Requirements:

  • Experience in maintenance management, preferably with a strong background in manufacturing or production.
  • Strong technical knowledge, including mechanical and electrical engineering principles.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a team.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including operations, quality, and supply chain.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Familiarity with SAP CMMS systems and asset replacement strategies.
