As a Cyber Security Governance Lead, you will be responsible for enhancing cyber security performance indicators and reporting structures to measure effectiveness. This role involves establishing and monitoring vendor security performance indicators, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure adherence to policies and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective cyber security governance frameworks to drive risk management and compliance across the organization.
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential threats, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of critical assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain comprehensive security policies, procedures, and standards.
- Lead internal and external audits, identifying gaps and driving remediation to ensure ongoing improvement in security controls.
- Provide expert advice on security risks, vulnerabilities, and mitigation strategies to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Relevant industry certifications (such as CISM, CISA, CISSP, CRISC) are desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in cyber security governance, risk management, and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of cyber security regulations, frameworks, and industry standards.
- Proven experience in security audits, risk assessments, and compliance reporting.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
