We are seeking an experienced expert in computational advertising to lead the development of next-generation bidding strategies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative solutions that drive business growth and optimize campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Leadership: Co-lead the design and implementation of the bidding strategy framework, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Innovation and Research: Conduct research on cutting-edge auction mechanisms, game-theoretic approaches, and reinforcement learning to enhance smart bidding capabilities.
  • Campaign Performance Optimization: Develop advanced strategies for budget allocation, pacing, and bid landscaping to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Industry Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate state-of-the-art research into production systems.
Requirements
  • Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Machine Learning, or related fields.
  • Domain Expertise: Proven experience in computational advertising, particularly in bidding, reinforcement learning, auction mechanism design, or game theory.
  • Innovation Track Record: Demonstrated ability to propose and deliver next-generation bidding frameworks, with successful application experience in smart bidding and campaign stability.
  • Research Leadership: Strong academic background, with publications in top conferences/journals preferred.
  • Technical Foresight: Ability to rapidly understand and integrate emerging technologies into our ecosystem.
