Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity GRC Remediation professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of remediation strategies for cybersecurity risks, assessment findings, and control deficiencies.

This includes facilitating cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely and effective resolution of risk items, partnering with various teams to align remediation efforts with enterprise standards and regulatory expectations, and contributing to the creation of dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools that provide visibility into remediation progress.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT control or cybersecurity frameworks and experience working across diverse teams to resolve technical and operational challenges.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT, or related fields
  • Strong understanding of IT control or cybersecurity frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 27001, COBIT or other relevant frameworks)
  • CISSP certification or equivalent work experience
  • Experience working across diverse teams to resolve technical and operational challenges
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
