Job Overview

We are seeking a Food and Beverage Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our food and beverage outlets.

This role requires a highly organized individual with excellent leadership skills, who can motivate and guide a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing F&B teams, with a strong background in hospitality and customer service. They will be responsible for setting up and maintaining high standards of food, beverage, and service specifications throughout all outlets.

In addition to their technical skills, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with kitchen staff, event coordinators, and other support departments.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role in a 4 or 5-star environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of F&B, including wine.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience in F&B staff training, grooming, and service etiquette.
  • Basic computer skills and report writing.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and management soft skills.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the daily setup of food and beverage outlets, ensuring high standards are maintained.
  • Monitoring performance and providing guidance to team members to achieve exceptional guest experiences.
  • Reviewing and implementing new ideas for service and products to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Ensuring that service briefings cover core standards, including dress code, hygiene, and service procedure.
