About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and forward-thinking organization as an experienced investment funds lawyer.

As part of our growing practice, you will have the chance to work closely with clients across various industries, providing expert advice on all aspects of Irish domiciled investment vehicles, including UCITS, ICAVs, AIFs, ILPs, and more.

You will be responsible for advising global asset managers, financial services institutions, and banks on complex matters, such as governance, structuring, capital raising, and risk management.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years' PQE in private practice, with a strong grounding in corporate/commercial law and excellent knowledge of regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on investment funds law to clients across various industries
  • Assist with drafting and negotiating complex agreements, including contracts and memoranda
  • Conduct research and stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve project goals and objectives
Requirements
  • At least 4 years' PQE in private practice, preferably in investment funds law
  • Strong grounding in corporate/commercial law and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
