Job Overview

As a Behavioural Health Coach, you will play a critical role in the success of our users in SilverCloud programmes.

Behavioural Health Coaches are responsible for supporting and encouraging users as they engage with mental health and wellbeing programs for anxiety, depression, and stress.

Key responsibilities include reviewing user engagement, providing written reviews, monitoring content for potential concerns, and working collaboratively with the clinical supervisor team to promote safety and engagement.

  • Support users through digital behavioural health coaching.
  • Monitor user engagement and provide guidance and one-on-one encouragement to those who need additional support.
  • Work collaboratively with the clinical supervisor team to respond to users and promote safety and engagement.
Requirements

For this role, we are seeking candidates with excellent communication and writing skills, as well as experience working in children and young people services. A strong understanding of online mental health services is also essential.

  • Master's degree or Doctorate in Psychology, Social Care, Psychotherapy, or Counselling.
  • Registered (or in the process of becoming registered) with a recognised professional body in Ireland.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and typing skills.
  • Experience working in children and young people services.
  • Strong understanding of online mental health services.
