Financial Planning Expert

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed financial budgets, forecasts, and business plans to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop templates to capture projected operating expenditure and analyze data to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Finance teams to align forecasts with month-end results and explain variances.
  • Support submissions to regulatory bodies as required.
  • Work closely with Business Unit Managers and Finance teams to drive financial planning and forecasting initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree plus 2–3 years' experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • Accounting qualification (ACA, ACMA, ACCA) or equivalent.
  • Advanced Excel skills; modelling/data analytics experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proven relationship-building skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
