Event Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking an Event Coordinator to join our team at a four-star hotel located in beautiful parkland. As an Event Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of conferences, banquets, and other events.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Set up meeting rooms, banquet halls, or conference spaces according to function sheets
  • Arrange furniture, linens, crockery, glassware, cutlery, and decorations as required
  • Assist with serving food and beverages if needed
  • Maintain stock of supplies during events (e.g., tea/coffee stations, stationery for conferences)
Requirements:
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure rooms are presented to a high standard
  • Ability to follow instructions, floor plans, and event briefs accurately
  • Time management skills able to work efficiently to meet event deadlines
  • Flexibility and adaptability to adjust quickly for last-minute changes
  • Good teamwork and communication skills
