Finance Business Partner Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious accounting professional to join our finance team as a Finance Business Partner. This exciting opportunity will provide the chance to take on new responsibilities, work closely with senior leadership, and drive strategic initiatives forward.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading financial support on key strategic initiatives, building and maintaining dynamic financial models, delivering actionable analysis and insights to senior leadership, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to unlock value, proactively shaping strategy with forward-looking analysis, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, influencing cross-functional teams to drive financial outcomes, and communicating performance and progress across the business.

Requirements:
  • Qualified accounting professional with circa 2-4 years PQE experience
  • Previous business partnering and budgeting experience
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to take ownership
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal and business partnering skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel
