Senior IT Leadership Position

This is a high-level role within the IT organization responsible for overseeing the company's global technology infrastructure. The individual will lead the vision, strategy, and operational execution of the company's technology backbone.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Global IT Strategy: Define and lead the global IT infrastructure strategy in support of company growth, performance, security, and digital transformation.
  • Infrastructure Modernization: Modernize and upgrade legacy infrastructure, addressing historical technical debt and replacing fragmented systems with cloud-first, resilient, and scalable platforms.
  • Cloud Migration Roadmap: Architect and execute a pragmatic roadmap for cloud migration, infrastructure automation, and service decoupling.
  • Data Center Consolidation: Drive consolidation and strategic decommissioning of legacy data centers and systems to improve efficiency, reduce cost, and strengthen operational control.
  • Infrastructure Compliance: Ensure infrastructure is compliant with global standards and frameworks, and is built with security, availability, and auditability in mind.

The successful candidate will have 10+ years of IT infrastructure leadership experience in global, enterprise-scale environments. They will also possess deep expertise in cloud architecture, infrastructure modernization, data center consolidation, and hybrid operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Leadership Experience: 10+ years of IT infrastructure leadership in global, enterprise-scale environments.
  • Cloud Architecture Expertise: Deep expertise in cloud architecture, especially AWS.
  • Network Management: Proven experience managing enterprise networks, global WANs, and modern unified communications platforms.
  • Security and Compliance: Strong understanding of security and compliance requirements within infrastructure domains.
