Job Description

We are seeking a senior technology leader to oversee the development and implementation of innovative technology solutions that drive business growth and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will lead a high-performing team and collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of technology governance practices into business processes.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading large teams, driving innovative solutions, and building lasting partnerships with business partners. A solid understanding of end-to-end business strategy and operations is essential, as well as strong analytical and communication skills.

This role is responsible for creating and implementing technology governance, including the strategic roadmap and scorecard. The successful candidate will also be accountable for PMO management, Change Management, and Service Introduction.

In addition to technical expertise, the successful candidate will possess excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to deliver exceptional results.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field. Master's Degree in Business or Technological field preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in software development or infrastructure. Preferably some experience in both.
  • Proven track record of leading large teams and driving innovative solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in identifying and leveraging emerging trends and technologies.
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end business strategy and operations, including financial planning, accounting, HR, operations, marketing, development, and communications.
Benefits
