Site Management Role

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Site Manager to oversee the execution of our construction project in Tralee, County Kerry. This is a challenging opportunity for a motivated individual who can effectively manage all aspects of site operations and ensure the successful delivery of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement detailed work plans aligned with the project schedule.
  • Coordinate the deployment of plant, labor, and materials to optimize efficiency and minimize delays.
  • Sequence construction activities to maximize productivity and reduce congestion.
  • Allocate tasks to the workforce to achieve optimal productivity.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of plant usage, workforce levels, and material deliveries.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards throughout the project.
  • Report any issues or variances to the Project Manager.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in planning, directing, and coordinating construction projects.
  • A related construction qualification, such as a HNC or Degree.
  • Strong communication and IT skills.
