Job Opportunity: Construction Site SupervisorWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate civil engineering projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring all work is completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with relevant regulations.The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing construction sites, supervising personnel, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. Your expertise in civil engineering processes, materials, and techniques will enable you to make informed decisions and drive project success.In this role, you will be required to:
  • Demonstrate extensive experience as a Construction Site Supervisor or Foreman within the civil engineering sector.
  • Display a deep understanding of civil engineering processes, materials, and construction techniques.
  • Familiarity with Health & Safety legislation and the ability to enforce it on site.
  • Prior experience working on civil engineering projects (roads, drainage, infrastructure, etc.) is highly advantageous.
  • Relevant construction-related qualifications or trade background (e.g., carpentry, bricklaying, or similar) would be beneficial.
  • A valid Safe Pass, Manual Handling Certificate, and any other required certifications.
  • A strong understanding of site management software and basic IT skills.
