Site Management Role

Civil Contractors in Kerry are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a range of projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong time management skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as a deep understanding of the construction industry.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a leadership role and make a real impact on site.

  • 3+ years' experience in a similar role, working with Civil Contractors
  • Strong understanding of project management principles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Package

Salary €65k - €75k negotiable depending on experience

Responsibilities

Responsible for the day-to-day management of the site. This includes overseeing the workflow of sub-contractors, ensuring they are in line with the programme of works on site.

Maintain a constant drive to achieve production outputs in order to meet targets while maintaining quality standards.

Help manage projects in line with the agreed production targets.

Assisting with the control of equipment on site.

Co-ordinating and managing subcontractors.

Ability to motivate Labourers and sub-contractors.

Provide clear leadership and direction to the site team while maintaining a professional manner.

Requirements

A 3+ year proven track record in Construction Site Management or Supervision, preferably within Civil Engineering.

Good knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and procedures.

Experience of supervising multiple site teams.

Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.

Demonstrated ability to motivate teams and contribute positively to company culture.

Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (desirable).
