Site Management Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Management Leader to join our client's team in Kerry, Ireland.

  • Implement daily and weekly programmes with sub-contractors.
  • Attend management meetings and provide programme detail.
  • Maintain site diaries and record manpower levels.
  • Manage day-to-day site activities and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Help manage projects to meet production targets.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors.
  • Assist with equipment control and labourer motivation.
  • Provide clear leadership and direction to the site team.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' experience as a construction site foreman/foreperson, strong time management skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing a team of site workers.
  • Ensuring health and safety protocols are followed.
  • Monitoring and controlling site costs.
  • Managing relationships with sub-contractors and suppliers.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in construction site management.
  • Strong understanding of the construction industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
