Are you a seasoned professional seeking a new challenge as a business leader? We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Advisory Manager to join our team in Dublin. This is a client-facing role where you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, delivering high-quality business advisory and accounting services, and supporting the wider team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering specialist advisory and project work to a high technical standard. They will also have experience in training and mentoring junior team members, ensuring their professional development.

  • Manage and develop strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities to add value
  • Take full ownership of a client portfolio, including year-end and management accounts, budgets, and forecasts
  • Deliver specialist advisory and project work to a high technical standard
  • Oversee finalisation of accounts and provide clear, concise client reports
  • Ensure client deadlines and requirements are met in line with agreed timelines
Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA (or equivalent) qualified
  • Previous experience in a similar client-facing manager role within practice
  • Strong working knowledge of accounting systems (Xero or other cloud-based platforms)
  • Proven track record of managing a client portfolio and delivering advisory services
  • Experience training and mentoring junior team members
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
