Job Title

We are seeking a senior leader to fill this position. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leadership and management experience, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and sales performance.

The selected individual will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of colleagues, creating an inspiring and welcoming environment, and driving business results through effective coaching and training.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Create a positive and productive work environment
  • Be accountable for the store when the Store Manager/Deputy Manager are not present
  • Ensure that your team are fully trained and validated in their role
  • Develop and maintain open communication channels, fostering a culture of trust and collaboration
  • Coach and manage colleagues to enable them to deliver their daily priorities and meet customer needs
  • Review reports and systems to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
  • Drive initiatives to reduce food waste, manage date codes, and ensure efficient stock control activities
  • Recruit and select top talent for the team, prioritizing candidates who share our commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Oversee cleaning specifications and ensure that the plan is delivered through your team, setting an example of cleanliness and organization
  • Manage warehouse layout and processes to optimize colleague efficiency
  • Root cause any discrepancies in pricing, overcharges, refunds, and label routines to ensure accurate billing for customers
  • Analyze and address any issues related to great service and poor service from colleagues
