Artificial Intelligence Solutions Engineer Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for customers implementing AI-powered customer support solutions.
  • Collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.
  • Conduct thorough discovery sessions with customers to understand their requirements, data structures, and integration needs.
  • Develop data migration strategies and perform migrations from customers' current support platforms to our solution.
  • Provide training and workshops to educate customer support agents on using our features and functionalities.
  • Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to ensure customer satisfaction and successful adoption.

You'll work closely with our internal teams, including sales, engineering, product management, and support, to address any challenges and ensure a smooth implementation experience. If you have a strong background in AI tools, large language models, and RESTful API integrations, this could be the perfect opportunity for you

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Professional Services as a Technical Consultant or Implementation Engineer.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Deep understanding of customer support processes and workflows, including ticketing systems, knowledge bases, and communication channels.
  • Experience with customer messaging/customer support platforms is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of and experience integrating with RESTful APIs using JSON.
  • Strong technical proficiency and ability to understand and configure software integrations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex requirements and propose effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
