Job Title:

Senior Java Technical Lead


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical leadership and expertise in Java development, application design options, and delivery management.
  • Lead the development team to build high-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade applications using industry-standard frameworks such as Quarkus/Spring Boot.
  • Expertise in microservice and API development (RESTful), API security protocols (OAuth 2.0/OpenID Connect), and databases (Relational - Oracle).
  • Manage project source code, documentation, and testing frameworks (TDD - Cucumber or JUnit).
  • Organisation of skills/knowledge transfer and mentoring to team members.
  • Creation of unit and integration test plans.

Requirements:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Java Technical Lead with over 7 years of experience in leading enterprise Java projects. The candidate must have strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and be able to provide guidance and support to the development team.

  • 7+ years of experience in leading enterprise Java projects.
  • Strong technical skills in Java development, application design options, and delivery management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience in managing project source code, documentation, and testing frameworks.
