At Nua Healthcare Services, we are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Person In Charge. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure Personal Plans, Risk Assessments and Behavioural Support Plans are up-to-date and that services are delivered to the highest possible quality and safety standards.
- Provide exceptional care and support to service users, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Meet regulation compliance in accordance with Health Act 2007 (Care and Support of Residents in Designated Centres for Persons with Disabilities) Regulations 2013.
- Lead and manage a team of staff to provide support to service users, coordinate input from other departments, and oversee the service across shifts.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to team members, facilitating regular supervisions, appraisals, and team meetings.
- Oversee the service to ensure effective and efficient delivery of services within the centre, maintaining high infection control standards, and adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Act as an active leader and role model, contributing to and maintaining an effective team environment.
- Organise and participate in meetings, reviews, and committees as required, seeking and providing guidance as necessary.
